Six forts of Rajasthan count in world heritage list

 Rajasthan is famous for its forts now that forts count in the world heritage list


  • Amer Fort ( आमेर क़िला, also spelled and pronounced as Amber Fort
      Most historical place in Jaipur .Many tourist visit Amer palace and say wao it's beautiful .
      Amer was made by 'Raja  MAAN SINGH '. In amer fort their aso 'Shila devi mandir' 
     Many tourist take enjoyment of elephanta ride.


  • Chittorgarh Fort ( चित्तौड दुर्ग Chittorgarh Durg) is the largest fort in India and the grandest in the state of Rajasthan. one of the oldest fort of rajasthan is made by 'morya vansh' 
  • Gagron fort
Gagron Fort is the only serial component which represents the type of a hill water fort. In addition to its hill location it is further defended by the river, which isolates it from the surrounding terrain on three of its sides. The main access to the fort is from the northern side via a steep passage through two gates

  • Jaisalmer Fort
Jaisalmer Fort is one of the largest forts in the world. It is situated in Jaisalmer city in the Indian state of Rajasthan. It was built in 1156 AD by the Bhati Rajput ruler Rao Jaisal, from where it derives it name.



  • kumbhalgarh Fort
Kumbhalgarh is a Mewar fortress in the Rajsamand District of Rajasthan state in western India. Built during the course of the 15th century by Rana Kumbha, and enlarged through the 19th century, Kumbhalgarh

  • Ranthambore Fort 
Ranthambore Fort is one of the World Heritage Sites. situated near Sawai Madhopur town in Rajasthan. It is formidable fort and has been a focal point of historical developments of Rajasthan
